In the meantime I am trying to decide *for sure* what I want to do. Always good to know what you want to do right?! ;)
Here is a picture of what I am thinking for the haircut/style, at least for the bangs, not *positive* on the rest of it just yet, but I know I will be cutting a bunch off of the length.
As for the color, not sure what to do?! Leave it the same (but get it touched up of course!)? Put more dark brown in and change the blonde highlights to light brown? Or just go all dark again? I need to decide what I want to do on that still, obviously. :) Trying to get more of an opinion out of Stephen on this one, too. ;)
All I know is I really need a change in something with my hair!

I cut my bangs like that picture. Sher and I had been debating on it so I finally did it, then she liked them so she did too :) I think you should try it! I like them and it's fun for a change! It's subtle but noticeable, and it's not like I cut all of my hair off. It just updates the look a little and bangs grow fast. The only downfall is I have to do them or else I look like lamb chop if I don't straighten them ha ha. Good luck getting an opinion from Stephen, I know exactly what that's like :)
I had been debating on it forever, too, and then I saw Sherrie's hair and decided to do it HaHa. So it's a chain reaction. ;)
You are so funny, I'm sure you don't look like Lamp Chop! ;) I figured if I cut them though, that was going to be one of the downfalls, always having to do them.
Stephen likes the haircut, he just wasn't giving me a definite on what he thought about the color HaHa. I think I know what I'm doing now though. ;)
I really like the bangs and think you would look super cute with them! I also think you look really nice with lighter streaks, so maybe you could mix up something between the two! I don't know...that's just my suggestion! Whatever you do, you will look beautiful!
