30 Weeks

We can officially start the countdown from 10... 10 weeks til my due date! (Only 7 weeks til Baby Boy is full term!) That just doesn't seem that far away, I guess because time has been flying by!

I'm trying not to get too anxious, but I'm not going to deny it's hard not to. I feel like I'm in full baby mode now, wanting to get everything ready for him to come. I'm just really excited to meet Baby Boy! I think Noah is even realizing it's getting close, sometimes he tells me that his baby brother is coming "tomorrow" or that we need to go to the hospital so we can get him. I think he is as excited as he can be for not fully knowing what's going on.

Speaking of Noah and excitement, I just want to record the cute things he does. He likes to lay by "my baby brudder," give him kisses, point out where he is (and where the milk is too HaHa..which btw is ackward when he wants to keep talking about the milk, and where it is, at church with a ton of people around us HaHa). Noah likes to help out with anything we are doing related to his baby brother.. he likes to look at the new clothes we bought, carry them around, and hang them up for me HaHa. He likes to be in on the discussions of what we will name Baby, and usually he calls him "Baby Logan," which is his cousin that was born in Novemember..he will say "my Baby Logan" to differentiate between cousin Logan and the baby in my tummy. I think all of it is just so cute! I really hope that when Baby Brother is here that Noah will be just as excited about it all still. I know that it's going to be such a huge change for him, and we can try to prepare him as much as possible, but you just never know how it will go when the time is actually here. I really think he is going to do well though.

I wouldn't say I'm more excited for this baby than I was Noah, because the first is sooo exciting and I was extremely excited for Noah, but I think that because I now know how much happiness a child brings you, and I know what's ahead, it is making me more anxious and it's a bit of a different kind of excitement.
