Noah turned six, yes, SIX!! on December 13th. How did that happen?! We celebrated with both sides of the family at separate times (best for everyone's schedules), and so he had two parties. We were so grateful to celebrate with those we love so much! He had a great time at both parties and got some really fun things. Pictures of the parties to come.
He is just as energetic as always, if not more so, and is such an amazing little guy! Of course we have our difficulties, but every child does. He is a super helper with Tate, actually likes to do chores at random times, and is best friends with Everett. He likes to make people laugh and entertain them.
I love what one of my friends does for her little girls, so I am going to copy that idea and use it here for the rest...that is where this next part comes in. ;)
At SIX years old Noah likes/loves:
*To play with friends, his brothers, mom or dad, and family
*Chinese food from Lucky 5 (Still a favorite of his!)
*Fruit
*Meat
*Watching movies
*Dance
*Sing
*Riding his bike or scooter
*Building with anything; legos, "Trio" fisher price bricks/sticks, blocks, leftover 2x4 parts or wood pieces from his dad's projects, etc.
*To use his imagination, and what an imagination he has!!
*To feel proud, especially about reading!
*Being independent
*School and his teacher Ms. Mellor
*Coloring
*Crushing on Kendra (a little girl in his class, haha)
*Organizing things
At SIX years old Noah does not like:
*Being told what to do (Who does, really?!)
*Vegetables, except mashed potatoes
*Going to bed
*Leaving either grandparents house
I love watching him learn and grow and turn into such an amazing little boy! He is learning to read at school, and I have loved watching the progression of that and everything else he is learning! He makes this momma so proud! I feel so blessed to be his mother! He brings so much joy (and sometimes challenge) into my life, and he makes me want to be a better person! I LOVE him so much!
I'll like him forever, I'll love him for always, as long as he's living my baby he'll be!
..I still can't believe my first baby is growing up so quickly right before my eyes! No longer a baby, toddler, or preschooler!
