Pregnancy Update

A lot of busy things going on with life right now that I need to blog about soon, but just wanted to do a quick pregnancy update.

This week I will be 37 weeks, so I can go anytime and technically it should be safe/fine for baby to come! My doctor told me last week he thinks I will go in a week, maybe two, and of course that's just a guess, but I am hoping for one of those as this pregnancy has been harder in a lot of ways than the others towards the end. So, maybe this week? Maybe next? We will see!

I haven't taken any belly pictures this time around, but I do think I need to try and get one to document. I either get the "you're so tiny" or the "Oh! When are you due?! You look like you're about to pop!" remarks. I don't feel tiny, and I'm measuring 2 weeks ahead..so really for my frame I'm not tiny, but I guess it appears that way to many. I should be grateful I suppose, I get complimented all the time on how great I look being pregnant, and a lot of times it's by strangers so I guess it's not just out of sympathy. It is nice to be told I'm the cutest pregnant lady ever, but I really don't feel that way. ;) I also get a lot of the basketball comments, and what makes me laugh about that is we have a lady in our ward that has been cutting Stephen and the boys' hair, and last time we went over there her youngest (who is two and hasn't really been around any pregnant ladies) actually thought I had a ball under my shirt, HaHa...a purple ball to be specific! She now gets that there is a baby in there, but it was so cute how serious she was about me having a ball under my shirt.

I am ready to meet this little Mister as soon as he is ready and ok to come! We have started getting a few things here and there ready, the essentials anyway, and it's making me even more excited to have him join our little family!
