I have an amazing and talented friend, Aimee. She has six beautiful and awesome children. Recently they lost their husband and father, Dustin, to the most deadly form of brain cancer (Glioblastoma). As you can imagine, medical bills and everyday living expenses are overwhelming this sweet family, as well as trying to deal with the pain and heartache of losing someone so dear. There is a fundraiser being put on May 18th in Herriman for them, and I am trying to help out any way possible. If you can, please join me that day for a day of fun and support, or if you'd like to donate items for the fundraiser I am collecting things for a silent auction and bake sale. Items being accepted for the silent auction are gift certificates for goods or services (perfect for anyone who runs their own little, or big, business), gift cards to anywhere, homemade or craft items, or anything you would typically see in a silent auction..but doesn't have to be big and extravegant or expensive/worth a ton of money. If you're a baker and want to help, I will pick up baked goods on the way out that morning, or you can drop them off to me the night before. Just get in touch with me if you're interested in donating something. :)
I can't get the links to show up, but here are the URLs of their Facebook page and a short video telling their story, if you want to copy and paste them into your browser.

If nothing else, prayers, good vibes, or whatever you believe in, are still a major way of supporting and helping this family, so I'm being selfish and asking if you would at least include them in that.
