16-Week Baby Brinch

Last night we were trying to get Noah to tell us what gender the baby is. Maybe I am crazy in thinking this, but I really think most of the time little kids know. So as we were driving on our way home from dinner at Grandma and Grandpa Benson's house, we "discussed" it. We would ask him if the baby was going to be a girl and he would say "Nooo". Then we would ask him if baby was going to be a boy and he would say "Nooo". We tried asking if it was a sister or a brother, still the same answer, "Nooo". After he would say "No" to both of those, we would ask him what the baby was going to be and he would say "a brinch" (as in Grinch if you haven't seen that earlier post that would allow you to translate that HaHa). So I guess we are having a Baby Brinch!!

Here is my little, 16-week Baby Brinch Bump:

Speaking of Noah and babies, the other day we had to find a blanket that we could wrap his baby (teddy bear) up in, so I swaddled it in a receiving blanket. He would hold it and gently set it down on his bed and kiss it, then he would bring it to me and ask me if I wanted to hold the baby. He was being so soft and sweet playing pretend with his baby. He was taking good care of baby Teddy, looking for a bottle for him or wanting to share his pretzels HeHe! I think he is going to be a fantastic big brother! Here are some pictures of Noah playing with his "baby" another time: (Not sure what happened to the last picture, it's normal saved on my computer and doesn't look like that in my photos)

Noah is so cute, I'm sure he'll make a great big brother. :) As far as the baby gender goes...have you ever tried the Chinese Birth Calendar? You can find them online. I'm not saying I believe it, but it's fun to try anyway. I think it was right for all of mine. :)
