Just one more...

While I am semi on the topic of being inspired...to show you the caliber of people that surround me, this is a woman in my ward/neighborhood, one I hope to get to know better and to turn into a good friend. She is simply amazing! If you have some more free time, check out her words! http://www.Hopeforsarah.blogspot.com ----Let me just give you an example of her character. We are both good friends with another neighbor/ward member, Jen (I've blogged about her before, too). Jen called me up one night to head over with her and Sarah to a shoe/jewelry/jean party that another neighbor was having, so I could get out for a few minutes. I had been having a few rough weeks and I didn't feel good that night (had a bad headache). Apparently I am not good at hiding it, and so I at least admitted to the bad headache. ;) I drug Everett along with me, and before we were leaving Sarah tried to convince me to let her take Everett and to just go home and rest. Incase you don't get to check out her blog, I need to elaborate for you to understand why this touched me, why this shows her amazing character. Not only does she have two young kiddos and a busy, hardworking hubby, but she has cancer. ..Here I am, feeling down and sorry for myself, have a bad headache, and someone that has far more to worry about than anything I was down about would equal to, is offering to lighten my load and help bear my burden. (I am tearing up just writing this.) Here is a woman who is going through tough treatments, is probably feeling more ill and is probably in more chronic pain, and who is taking care of busy children, and tending to her families needs, a woman who has far more on her plate than I can ever imagine, and she is offering to help me. ..And she is doing it out of the goodness of her heart, because she truly cares about people and wants to help. WOW! I can only hope that I can pay that forward and truly follow her example. (If you are wondering, I did not let her take him, no matter how much she tried to convince me otherwise HeHe!) --She inspires me!
