Thankfulness Day 17

I am thankful for "Easy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies!" ..YUM!!
I have always loved Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies, and I have been wanting to make them. Well, I found this easy recipe in my new, awesome ward cookbook and made them last night!

Here's what you need, and what to do, if you wanted to know. ;)

15 oz. can of Pumpkin
One spice cake mix
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips (or a little more if you're like me HaHa)

Combine all three ingredients. Drop on a greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 18 min.

SO EASY!! Love it! :)

**I'm also so, so thankful to have a pantry full of food, and food continously provided for me and my family.

I love this idea! I haven't made pumpkin chocolate chips this year because they are so involved. Trying this out this weekend! THANKS! <3

Yay! Glad someone else is trying them! ..They seemed to be better the next day than right after we took them out of the oven, just a lil fyi. ;) (I put a piece of bread in the container with them to keep them soft, too..another little fyi). ..Also, hope you see my edit to drop them on a greased cookie sheet, I originally forgot to put that. ..Let me know how you like them! :)
