Corn Meal Construction Site

My Sister teaches Pre-school and according to Noah she has a "magic room" (her Pre-school room), and in that magic room she has a big plastic tote filled with corn meal for planting artificial plants in pots, playing with diggers and dumpers, and hunting for dinosaur fossils (and probably a bunch of other things we don't know of). Such a fun and creative play area for her students, and Noah absolutely LOVES it everytime he goes down there! So, we made our own mini version, and Noah has been having fun playing with his corn meal construction site today!

Yes, it is a bit messy, but super easy clean-up with just the broom or vaccuum (and now that Noah is such a great helper, he can easily help me clean any of the mess up!) And just have to snap the lid on when you're done and you can use it again and again! Any of the mess is worth it to watch him happily playing with it, and listening to his imagination at work! ...I just overheard how he has a "super duper scooper" to move the snow so he can build a new road. ;)

The best part, I got everything except the corn meal at the Dollar Store. ;) ..I hope Gage loves it as much as Noah!
