I had my doctor's appointment yesterday. Things are still looking good! I am 2-cm dilated and 80% effaced, so making progress. (Hallejulah! All this contracting is doing something after all!) I am 36 weeks and 5 days right now, will be 37 weeks on Thursday, and Baby Boy will be considered full term! Yay! :)
I am feeling ok, just typical pregnancy discomforts. Tired, can't sleep because of a number of things: leg cramps, RLS, can't get comfortable, pain, contractions, etc. Pelvic pain is getting worse. Skin is getting so stretched it itches and burns. Have little to no energy, or get worn out easily. Hips, lower back, and legs hurt. ..I could go on. Really though, I would not trade any of those things because it means I am pregnant, and I feel so grateful and blessed that I am! All the discomforts of pregnancy are worth the reward! :)
Have my hospital bag almost completely packed, need to get some things done around the house, pack an overnight bag to be ready for Noah, get out the carseat and whatnot, and I think we're pretty much ready for baby! There are still a lot of projects I wish we could have done before baby comes, but life is too crazy right now, and those things are not priorities. We will have what we absolutely need for Baby and that is all that matters, paint and room being set up, crafts, etc., can wait.
I'm definitely physically and emotionally ready for baby to be here! ;) He really could come anytime now, so we'll see what happens! ..My doctor will be out of town next week, so hopefully Baby Boy will decide to come when he is in town!
Belly picture to come later today hopefully! I would like to take one to compare with the one I have when I was pregnant with Noah at 36 weeks, that is the last picture I have of me pregnant with Noah so it would be fun to compare.
And because everyone always asks, we have not decided on a name yet, still going to wait to see him. We are still considering the names I have previously mentioned. Who knows though, we might see him and end up naming him something completely different HaHa.
So excited for Baby Boy to join our family! Can't believe it could be anytime now! :)

So excited for you. I know the feeling of wanting to get it all done before. Isn't it funny that the list just get's bigger and bigger instead of diminishing. Always praying for you and your family.
