Sew Sweet!

All the "projects" lately on my "want-to-do-crafts list" seem to require some sort of sewing. I've been saying for awhile now that I want to re-learn how to sew, so I started looking online at sewing machines. I asked for one for Valentine's Day, just a basic, inexpensive one to learn on. Well, it's ordered and should be here anytime from Friday on! I'm *sew* excited HaHa! ;) Stephen is super sweet to give me one for Valentine's Day! I have the best hubby! (and not just because he bought me a machine!)

I know I have family and friends that would let me use their machines, but this is something I wanted for my own. Besides, so much easier with my work schedule to do those projects when I don't have to plan a time to do it and can just do it when I have some free time at home...and having my own sewing machine will allow for that. ;)

After looking at some craft blogs today, I have added to my "want-to-do list" HaHa. I am excited to make some fun things for Noah and baby boy! :)

Check out the cute Valentine applique shirt I saw today on B is for Boy Creations:

(sorry can't get my links to work, so you'll have to copy and paste it in your browser if you want to see it)

It's hard to find things that boys can wear for V-day, but I think this shirt is super cute! :) Hopefully I get my sewing machine, material (since I have no scraps yet HaHa), and have time to make one for Noah before V-day HaHa. ;)
Either way, I'm really excited to get the machine! :)
