Take Me Out To The Ball Game!

America's favorite pastime, is our summer family tradition! Every summer we get season tickets to the Orem Owlz, who are the rookie team in the Angels organization. This year was Noah's first season! The first few games were a bit scary for him (all the loud cheering), but by the end of the season he would literally just sit and watch the game! (Or sometimes fall asleep on daddy's lap.) He was such a great baby to take!

Being a season ticket holder is an experience in itself! We have come to be friends with a lot of great people because of it. It's like a summer family right there at the ballpark! A couple years ago some of the players were a part of that summer family also, as we "hosted" two of them. Hosting players is a great and fun experience, but we feel like we were spoiled the first time around so we have been hesitant to ever do it again. We still keep in touch with Jeremy and there has been talk of him coming to visit this year! We would love that! Darren O'Day made it up the ladder to the Angels and is presumably extremely busy, so we don't hear from him anymore, but we are proud of both of them and are glad for the opportunity we had to share our home with them!
